Relationship Management Coordinator (Intern/Coop Student)

Job Description


Opportunity for a driven, self-starter interested in learning more about entrepreneurship, vendor management and customer service for a start-up company. 

We’re offering a flexible schedule if you continue to take classes in the summer or you wish to pursue other opportunities simultaneously. We provide extensive training, guidance, and support, as well as the opportunity to experience the industry from the inside and gain valuable work experience


Responsibilities:

  •  Respond to customer queries
  • Develop FAQs and response templates based on common customer questions and discussions
  • Create and track customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores
  • Assist with collecting and analyzing customer data
  • Maintain relationships with existing vendors and respond to inquiries
  • Work with vendors to resolve any customer returns or shipping errors
  • Monitor vendors product performance and collate the data

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Must be enrolled in a College or University program
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Patient and empathetic
  • Organized and efficient with good time management skills
  • Able to problem-solve independently 
  • Openness to learning, asking questions and making mistakes
  • Prior work experience an asset, retail, F&B etc all applicable
